Default couldn't handle the 20-25 knot wind so...

I grabbed a 12 volt battery and my 6 foot wide kite and my tanacom Bull 1000 and managed to get it 580 meters out(and it was not real far from vertical.) I was amazed at how high it was and I still had plenty of braid.

Hope the FAA doesn't get me.

That's one way to do it. Wonder if the kids will want the same set up for Christmas.

You'll have to head up to Newport RI for the kite fest with that one next year.
