You are allowed to put your LEAVES out to your curb.....

I was wondering if I'd be breaking a law by going and blowing this Stuff back into their yard.

when are they picking them up, tomorrow? He is probably making it easier for the machine that gets them buy putting them on the street. We have a grapple bucket and a front end loader that gets trash. I alway take my crap to the dump but others put it on the street on the day before just so the machine doesn't tear up there yard.

Get in there and use it as a duck blind. Couple sandwhiches, a few beers, run some electric out to it for lighting and refrigeration and wait for some ducks to fly by.

Ok, I watched your video -- you have way too much free time on your hands. This isn't something to waste 2 minutes on.

You could put up a sign warning the motorists of the dangers ahead.......

Hell, if I were a high school kid and living here i would have been all over that pile...and then driven thru it about a dozen times!!!

He's an asshole and probably bitches about his garbage bill. He's only making it a pain in the ass for the collector and I'd bet money it's not one of the big private haulers. Most likely a local municipality that is forced to pick that shit up by the f-in politicians that want premier service but "don't bill our constituents" for it.

I know here in NY, the town where my father lived, the whole neighborhood had their leaves in the street like that as the town would suck them up. However they all did it at the same time the day before

Looks like a good reason for you to buy an airboat.
