What size? Pretty expensive for the 6500 watt units, about twice the price of other brands with Honda GX390 motors.
I have a Yamaha EF2400iSHC that I used with my 5th wheel, it has been great but it is too small for a home backup generator.

I seriously considered the Yamaha before I bought my Honda EU 2000i a couple of years ago. They do look like nice units, but they were fairly new to the market at that time. I went with the Honda because they have been around for a while, have a great reputation, and an established dealer network. There seem to be more retailers for the Hondas, and parts/service are more readily available.

We take ours tailgating, set it up by the front tire of the truck, and you literally can not hear it running.

I bought mine from these guys:

No sales tax and free shipping. I saw used Hondas on Craigslist that sold for more than I paid for a new one.
