Default Nightmare, dreamed my own death, now what?

So I never dream about anyone I know let alone myself ... but last night really freaked me out. I had a dream that I had a fight with myself and killed myself. I woke up screaming and freaked out my wife too.

I don't get it, life is OK right now ... I mean I'm stressed out but who isn't? Work is good and stable, family is stable ... kids are doing good, finances are in order, parents are healthy, boats are good ... I don't know, really freaked out ... now what?

I dunno but I dreamed I cut my left hand/arm in two all the way to the elbow... my arm/hand still hurts in real life, some days i cant even grasp a inkpen. Been about 6 months now. I think its from all the horror flicks I watch.

I have teeth dreams to... all my teeth falling out (Im 30)... scares the shiv out of me every time.

It takes a lot of courage to share something like this...if that helps.

If this is true, and you're concerned, seek professional help.

Well yea I'm relatively annonymous (sp) that helps. I couldn't tell anyone at work ...

Really freaky. But I'm amazed at what the human body / mind can do.

Mind does freaky shit I wouldn't worry about it. Don't tell any real people they might get worried.

I dream my own death all the time. Though I always seem to wake up before I die. And in every dream I am involved in a gun fight where I get shot multiple times and I can't return fire because my gun jams.

Is that a bad omen or what?

I always heard that you are unable to dream your own death. Like Chris sad, you always wake up first. Maybe you should mention it to your doctor.

I think you're putting WAY too much thought into this. But I bet a % of the people who read this thread will be dreaming about their own death tonight!
