My parents bought them for my son for Christmas when he was 5. The both of us spent hours and hours playing with them. After year or two he had a fairly large set. Yes they are pricy but your son will have a blast, they are well made. At least 12 years ago they were. My nephew is now has my sons set. You'll burn thru lots of AA batteries. My son was also a huge fan of Lego's

Fast,

i have watched a load of videos, these things are deffinatley cool. I was just afraid of the typical cheap gear boxes with stripped gears. My boy is 4, he likes legos, i built him an ho trainset 2 years ago, sort of lost intrest in that recently, but still plays with my ol mans lionel set. Any good places to buy from ? Is there anything else like this out there ? Also, can you integrate legos with this ?

Thanks

Jim

Bought them every Christmas and Birthday for my son, he has several containers full of them. He's 18 and in college and still builds things with them every once in a while, cost was nothing to the amount of enjoyment he appeared to have, he also loved his Legos.

Bought them for my son in 2005. My buddy and I loved it...lol My son liked it also, we all looked like kids in there with the 4'x8' platform I made for it. He (son) asked me about it yesterday out of the blue. We looked for the boxes but I'm not sure what I did with it.. now tonight I run across this... getting weird around here..
