Try Whinks rust remover. Walmart carries it. It gets all kinds of stains out. Put it on, let it sit, brush and rinse.

I am surrounded by oaks. always have leaves sitting in boat. I use bleach and water with a truck brush. looks brand new and only takes a few minutes to clean the interior of any stains.

I use soft scrub with bleach. Squirt it directly on th stain and hit it with a brush, Let it sit for several minutes.
