Default Do you tip on a Bad Hair Cut?

Do you tip on a really bad hair cut? It was so bad Hair Cutter said "I'm sorry, I don't know what else I can do to fix it".

5 years ago I wouldn't have paid her, but I guess I'm getting soft in my old age. Yes I still tipped her.

Are you planning to go back and see if she learned how to cut hair?

Bad job = No tip

I remember a haircut where the (young) female barber inclined my chair backwards so I was face-up with my head was over a sink, then leaned over my face while she washed my hair. Wow! What a faceful I got! I don't remember how good the haircut was, but I left her a big tip.

I cut my own hair outside on the deck. Takes less time and I save $15/month. Doesn't sound like much but that's a case of beer

Noooo, the cost of the haircut has their wages in it, the tip is extra for making me happy.

They get 1.82 per haircut. The real money comes from the tip .

Kinda like wait staff.. they get something but you are stealing there money by not tipping

A tip is a tip and based on the level or service/product provided. A tip is not mandatory, especially when the service/product is poor.

All I know is, the gal that cuts my hair is SO HOT, she could shave my head. I'd still tip her and not notice it till I looked in the mirrow the next day.

The admiral has cut my hair for 40 years, so let's figure that number out????????

Her tips include control of the checkbook, so maybe this wasn't such a savings afterall!
