Default House demolition, Sarasota, Bee Ridge east Of Philippi Creek...

Guys,
Have been trying to sell the wife's Mother's property the past several years, Gettel wants to buy, but...home may need to be demolished. 1200 sq ft plus shed, property is 1 lot off Bee Ridge, just east of Plillippi Creek. Gotta figure a front end loader and dump truck would get the job done.

Any one you guys recommend?

Get a trackhoe or a bulldozer instead of a front end loader, and make sure the trackhoe has a thumb.

Figured a trackhoe would get the demolishing part done, but the bucket would take longer to fill the dump.

True, but your going to need a thumb or a claw, for the loader, to be able grab the debrish

The bansk have started to knock down some houses instead of maintaining the property. I head the average cost was about $7500. You should be able to find a crew who does this kind of work. Run an ad on Craiglist and let them strip it first.
