Once again, mess with the wrong person and you never know what may happen.

People are sick of aholes.

"I'm mad as hell and I'm not going to take it any more!!!!!"

Few years ago here in BR La couple punks having fun chunking hunks of concrete at passing cars off an interstate overpass. Killed a driver of an automobile.

I do not agree with shooting any one over a piece of gravel, but they's a lot of crazy people in this world.

It is the reason why most every bridge and walkway over a road has chain link fence on it. Between the suicidal and the intellectually challenged . . .

Hate to hear someone got shot but I am glad that they didn't have a broadhead on it or the kid wouldn't be walking around today I imagine.

Note to self, don't throw rocks at cars driven by Latinos carrying crossbows ......

about 10 years ago an employee had a brick shatter his windshield while passing under an over-pass. Hit the glass right in front of his wife sitting in the passenger seat. He pulled over, ran up the embankment and caught the teens that did it. Cops came, went to court.
His wife was so flustered that although he identified the kids, she couldn't......they let the kids go!!! Those kids might have done that again.....this one won't!!!!

Broadhead? I am sorry that he didn't have a powerhead on it. If they were my kids, I am sure I would say that this was extreme and they were just kids being kids. If it was my wife/family in the car, I would think of what could have happened (gravel, golfball sized rock, bb gun, whatever, they all would be defined as "missles") and seek justice.

I had seen this happened in San Diego and they have not found who fired the crossbow.

"And I'm the bad guy, how did that happen?"

I don't know if I would have called the cops (unless I thought they may not survive the beating I gave them).

waste of a good arrow. should have used a small caliber bullet such that it would pass thru both rock throwers.

Damn.
I threw my share of snowballs at cars when i was young. I am glad you all were not driving any of those cars. Yea, i can look back now and say that was not a good thing to do but i am not the same kid i was 35 years ago. Matter of fact i am sure every "normal" person out there has possibly thrown at least one thing at a car when they were a kid. Remember, it just had to be one time. If so, would you feel that getting shot with a crossbow would be justifed? Getting a beating i can understand, but crossbow! Damn.

Not sure how i feel about this one.

Guy was going through Richmond a few years ago when some kids tossed a brick or large rock from an overpass. It struck the windshield and crushed the face of his new wife. They were returning from their honeymoon. The kids were never caught. Mans wife underwent dozens of surgeries to reconstruct her face. I can't imagine what would have happened if that new husband had caught those kids.
