As always, with respect, photos will be needed.

The more you have in common, the better, like sky diving, bungee jumping, base jumping, poking hornets nest with a short stick, you know.......

She sits on her laptop on Facebook and me on THT

We are nearing that stage, Daughter is Sr in High school and not home a lot due to all her activities. Son bought his first house and is getting married in April

Now we are starting to deal with it, first few weeks Admiral was kind of in the dumps after our son moved out but she has adjusted.

One problem is that I am involved in so many things (Booster Club President, Couple of Boards, HUNTING, Fishing-she does fish some though, PA Announcer and radio broadcaster on away games at local high school during Football, 2 businesses one with long hours during winter, and the list goes on).

I have tried to cut back on my fishing some this summer and have hired my newly retired Bro in law to work in one of my businesses that takes up a lot of my time in the afternoons/evenings and some Saturday's and that has helped a lot

I have also made it a point to take her out to eat after work at least two nights during the week so she does not feel the need to come home and clean up after I cook.

We have also taken a few weekend trips to my Moms house at the beach, in fact leaving after the game this Friday Night for the Labor Day weekend

Will try to keep my afternoon/evening hunts to a minimum during the fall so I am home on Saturday afternoons to spend time with her, only fair and she will go sit in a deer stand every now and then but she likes to TALK and that does not work too well

It has been an adjustment and I have made a promise to myself to make sure I spend more time with her and she has started doing some things on her own because so much of her time the last 24 yrs(been married 26) has revolved around kids and their activities, problem is so two of the couples we have been close too for years have both divorced and that has made it awkward to be around their spouses because it always ends up with them bitching about their ex husbands and she said she almost feels guilty since our relationship is so good.

Learning as we go and I realize I will have to cut back some of my activities, heck we even stopped on the way home from my Sister's tonight and looked at a 03 Vette convertible which she is urging me to buy so we can just cruise around some on the weekends.

I have realized she has to get out of the house more so I am trying to do those things.

By way she can not get enough sex either but damn I ain't 25 yrs old anymore either

Kind of in the same boat. Kids have been gone for awhile now and gettin kind of close to retiring. My wife and I thought maybe we could sail around the world in a big ass sailboat. We have never sailed before but how hard could it be? Sail boaters do it.

We never had kids.

We continue to enjoy life and friends. Some of these friends are now becoming empty nesters.

Tomorrow we have a storm party planned. I'm cooking ribs on the BGE.

Eat pizza and burgers, drink LOTS of beer and do nothing but watch the tube, oh, and watch each other beat our meat.

We've always have been empty nesters so we don't know anything else, but our kitty is a pain in the but if we want to go somewhere for longer that a few days!

Put on your boogie shoes! There's lots of fun to be had and good exercise. It's easy around here. There is a live band at several restaurants in the area so we can go out dancing with no expense at all. We don't have to eat to do it. There's no charge as the dancers are considered an attraction to the "tourists" that come to eat.
