My wife and I went to the concert, something we typically do not do and now I remember why.
Our ticketed seats were in the end zone, section 209, under cover.
Uncle Kracker was the first to play. The sound was so loud, it was distorted and sounded terrible. Could not hardly understand a word.

Moved up stairs, in the open, in the center, it was not any better.
After trying a few more places we ended up on the far left of the stage, as far forward as possible. Much better sound, closer view and not near as crowded.

There were 3 ladies about 5 seats to the left and a husband, wife and young daughter two rows behind us.
Ahhhhhh, a nice place to relax and enjoy the music.............so we thought...................UNTIL a half dozen "Young Men" came into the area, loud as all get out as they rounded the turn, beers in hand, toward the seats........................you guessed it.....................right behind us.

It started out F this and F that, then a little more, foul language about everything. It subsided as I was about to say something or move.
Saying something to a bunch of drunk "Kids" wouldn't have done much good except to make my wife more uncomfortable.

We moved up to the next section that was near empty and the "Boys" moved down to the first row where we were. Still loud, spitting over the plexiglass barrier, smoking, drinking, and did I say being obnoxious?

The young family didn't like it at all. I thought they were going to move also. A stadium official had a talk with the boys and they calmed down.....a little.

Anyway, enjoyed the rest of the concert until we left a little early to beat the massive traffic jamb that was a bout to commence plus I had to be up at 4AM for work today.

Kinda sad that the memory we will take away from this great group of bands will not be the music, but the aholes around us.

Now I remember why I don't go to concerts.

Funny.... My wife dragged my to his concert in Tampa... Had a good time... Sorry u didnt enjoy.... Lots of hot girls :-)

Last concert I took the kids - 2 wasted punks got in a fight right in front of us ... I grabbed one as he had encroached on my space and was about to go postal if their fight got closer to my kids....

Last concert for the kids till they are older.... I go all the time - like live music....

For the most part, I have given up on live converts, as well as live sporting events.
1st off, I am a big person and the seats are downright torturous - If I do not get an aisle seat, forget about it.
then the price of everything; the tickets, the parking the food and drink, etc. it takes a small fortune to go out
then to have the evening ruined buy some idiot(s) it just pisses me off - and I will probably be the one that gets arrested

Took my wife to Jimmy Buffet in Fort Lauderdale about 6 years ago. paid $100 bucks a tick o so for good seats at about "center ice" and a bunch of rows off the floor. $10 or so to park, dinner out before the show - all told approximately a $350.00 evening out and about 15 minutes into the show some yahoo tosses 2 beers that drench my wife and I.

Its just simply not worth it - to me.

I say drink, sing along, and have a good time but one should know how to act around families of all ages, especially if you are the last ones to show in in that section.
People were moving all around. These guys were not there because it was their ticketed seats.
There were open areas they could have gone and partied the night away in their drunkin stupers.......

Whatever, it's over. Lesson learned.
Hope they made it home safe....to Mommy.
