What is the membership cost?

Is it worth it?

Will you continue to stay a member?

Thanks.

I looked into it once, but I couldn't tell without paying how active it was in my area.

Seemed if your in a big city you have a better chance, but out in the burbs it looked iffy.

I didn't join.

We have been for about 5 years now. I've used 10 companies off of the list and have gotten special pricing on various things for being on the list. If I recall correctly we pay about $50 - $60 per year and have way more than saved that. They've been great and whenever there has been an issue with a provider that we found on the list, reminding them that we are going to be posting on the list has brought them right in line. I've recommended it to all family and friends and quite a few have signed up.

I was on for free for years because they had very little info in this area - I gave them several reviews of local businesses...then they said I had to join either Hartford or New Haven - I think I am not a member anymore. Nevr found much - I think its much better in larger urban areas.

About $50 a year

No cons

I like checking reviews on companies before using

I am a member and got dicked over by a flooring company that had great reviews on there so it isn't 100%. I have although found some companies that delivered as they promised. Overall I think it's worth the money.

Have been a member for a couple of years. Have not been steered wrong as yet. We are a member of 2 different communities for $60. Worth the money when you are trying to do stuff on a house that is 1000 miles away.
