My town has stationary ALPR at every roadway entrance and exit.

These cameras have reduced crime.

Cell phones were the first big step. The ones that live or travel around Baltimore/Washington DC area already know the impact on photo speed camera's. I honestly feel and its just my views this will, slow the highway speeds down in the future once more and more camera systems like this one are put into use.

What about the Ahats who drive around in "new" used cars with Kinko-copied temporary plates taped to the rear glass on cars/trucks that have not been washed all winter.

Makes me sick!

haven't you guys ever watched Parking Wars. They use this in Philly to find 'bootable' cars. The show is a riot as you watch people decompensate at the impound lot..

isn't there a spray that will render the plate unreadable? I thought I saw it once
