I have Droid, but not the incredible. When you plug it into your computer, you should see something that references "USB options" pop up. You need to change that to "USB Storage Device" and then you will see your Droid show up in Windows Explorer (or Finder in a MAC). At that point you just need to find the folder which contains the pictures.

Theres a free app for that called "drop box". Makes moving files back and forth easy.

yea, quickest wireless file transfer service/app out there....not only transfer files...there's a public folder that you can place pic/vids/audio or any other files, and it generates a public URL link. Think, take picture, upload via phone to dropbox, copy and paste link to THT post...

another good and simple.(but not as fast as dropbox) is Awesome Drop (File Sync)

Hook up the cable to your pc and when the phone says "Mount" or "USB storage" take that option. Next you should see a drive show up on your pc in windows explorer. Browse to the pictures folder, and then just copy and paste.

Let us know how far you get and where you're stuck and we can probably figure it out.

fastest and best way is to download the photobucket app, sign up for an account on photobucket. every time you take a picture, it will automatically load it to your photobucket account.
