Default "Yeah, Right" Movie Segments

I am sitting in my office watching Die Hard 2 on Encore HD and have seen about 4 "yeah, right" segments so far. The most recent is with Bruce having a full 30 seconds or to secure himself into a planes captain seat and hit the eject button after 6 or so grenades were thrown into the cockpit, not to mention the fact that large military transport planes most likely did not have pilot ejection seats.;?

So what movie had to most "Yeah, Right" moments in it?

Any shoot-um up movies, its usually one guy against ten and they are unloading at him with machine guns while he takes them out with a pistol

Most Steven Seagal movies...

And speaking of Bruce Willis, if anyone here hasn't seen the movie, "Red", you should check it out. It does have a few "yeah right" moments, but it's worth watching.

The Matrix movies are so far fetched that I can't watch them. The stuff they do in in the movie is just plain stupid.

Any movie, or TV show for that matter, where the stupid fat white
guy ends up with the hot wife/girlfriend.

I guess you've never been around Palm Beach then?

As far as the movie question goes, there's just so much that is unrealistic and/or physically impossible that it would probably be easier to list the ones that didn't have a "yeah, right" scene. But then again, do we really want to watch movies that are completely realistic?

Those "Toy Story" movies. Like they could really control an RC car with a bottle rocket attached to it.

CSI and NCIS and Law & Order type shows, where they do DNA analysis in a flash, and where the location of a cell phone inside a building can be figured out, right town to the floor (!) and part of the building, including the basements, and figure out what kind of car left a particular tire tread pattern. Yeah, sure.

Good one! Most people have no idea how sprinklers work.

EM-50 Urban Assault Vehicle (and scenes) in Stripes. One of my all time favorites though.

That's a fact, Jack!

That vehicle started out life as a GMC factory built motorhome. They sold a bunch of them.

Anyone just grabbing and pulling a duct register out of a wall to craw into or out of the duct.
Crawling through any duct work.

Having the bad guy in a building and the police, FBI, whoever, quickly get possession of a set of plans/ drawings of the building.
When they do get the "blueprints" they are actually blue with white writing.

Fishing shows where the host catches big fish all day long and they act like the only reason is because of the Super Duper lure they are using (that just happens to be a sponsor) and catching all those fish is a daily occurrence.

Yeah, agree on the fishing show thing...if they just showed them sitting there for hours or casting and casting with no strikes...pretty boring but alot more realistic....

^^^^^^^^

I know that some years back, Jimmy Houston spent two days here in the Delta (with a Delta Guide, not shown on his show) to film one episode of his show...
