Default Need replacement remote keyset

All,
The wife lost her car keys w/remote keyless access.
Dealer wants $200 for a new remote.
Any ideas on how much this should cost and/or alternative?
I would prefer a new keys/locks as well as remote so locks would have to be re-keyed as well.
Am I going overboard by replacing locks as well???

Thanks,
Ray

All taken care of. Walked next door to my workplace to a locksmith. Great guy. told me he'd re-key my house locks and re-program transponder Tahoe keys and (my extra)remote with new ones. He advised on waiting a few days to see if orig set shows up. He can take the orig remote and re-program it to work with new codes. He can get me a replacement and re-program it for $40.
I took all house locks off out side doors today at 10am and took them to him. He was done by 10:30am. House locks re-installed (by me) at 12noon. New set of Tahoe keys.
Total cost $105.
I am good with this.

Make sure to tell your wife it cost $200. That should get you $150 in fishing gear.
