Default Broiled Flounder tips?

Hello all.Ive got two Flounder fillets for supper tonight and want to broil them.How do you guys do it? Butter?Old Bay?Lemon juice?

Very Lightly breaded -those processed bread crumbs with the seasoning- after dipped in milk with eggs and cooked very fast (pan fried or deep fried - don't spare the oil - I do not like butter flavor on fish - use a light oil like canola- . Lemon on fish only if you hate fish. Don't burn 'em them out hen brown

(If you don't have the store bought crumbs at home smash plain crackers like ritz or premium and smash up very fine - but the processed store bought stuff is hard to beat - I'll get the brand we use when Carole gets home)

beer batter is OK too
