Default Take a quick survey to help me with a class?

Hey all,

As part of a group project for my marketing class I need to collect some data via a survey and the more I can get the better, so if anyone has a free minute it would be awesome if you could take this. It's 8 really quick questions, all multiple choice.

Survey Here

Thanks a ton.

I started to fill out the survey but once I saw the question about my household income I closed it.

It's 100% anonymous, if that helps.

Should have asked year of owner Jag. Was a 64 E type and was always in the shop with electrical problems.

I saw a '68 Jaguar parked outside of West Marine the other day. The car was mint!

Default not sure why, but...

In the list of luxury vehicles that I would consider purchasing, there was no option for a Ford F250 4dr 4wd Lariat. Must have been a mistake.

A lot more of you take surveys on here than you think.
Lots of collage kids post questions to get answers for class. Look at the post count of the OP and more and more are showing up with 5 or less post and questions that don't really pertain to boating but life in general.
No problem on the survey. Just wondering why Jag was so important to you as a whole?
Most of the Jags that have been sold in the last few years were lease to start with. LMR out of Charleston SC contracts them to pick them up and carry them to Atlanta Auto Auction from Washington DC to Fla. Most cars after being returned end up at the auctions along with Jag but they are called high end sales.
Its a sale about once a month where just high dollar cars are sold. Best ones with the very $ cars are in Orlando Fla. Usually one in every state and the auto auctions run at least two sales a week. Usually takes 2 to 3 days for the stingers like I run to come in and clean them up. Life in the fast lane.

doesn't everybody answer with $10,000 or less when that question comes up?

FWIW, our 2005 XJ8 has been the most trouble-free car we've ever had...and that's over 100 cars/trucks/motorcycles. We're on the last 2 months of a 3-year extended warranty and are taking it in for a trunk sensor and a driver's seat that has a bit of a loose bolt or something. That's IT in three years on warranty work.

We'll keep the car without warranty just because it's so low in value that buying a replacement new would cost another $60,000 and that's insane, IMO.

I agree with the comment on electrical problems. I could eat a handful of wire and puke a better electrical system than Jaguar. I had an xj6.

I know about the elec issues earlier...I had a 2002 X-type...yes I know it was mostly Ford...but that classic "Jag" styling got me
ha dfew problems in 39 mo. lease...wife had 03 X, and then 06 S...she loved the S, and extended the lease as long (18mos) as they would allow, total of 42 mos and she did not want to let it go...

sad they stopped making the X and S...two most popular models...The only model they have now that I like is the X-K.............

the X-F, and NEW X-J...are generic looking...Jag always had a classic look before these two...
