Just because they make the crap doesn't mean you have to eat it.

We've been trying to avoid it in our family.. VERY hard to do.
One a side note... I LOVE ketchup. 2 years ago I was at a restaurant in Montreal and noticed a few things... 1) The heinz ketchup tasted different (much better) and 2) My rum and coke tasted better. Strange..
Come to find out, everywhere else in the world, Heinz ketchup and Coke are made with sugar and in the US is HFCS.
Anyway, whenever we're in Canada, we stock up on coke and ketchup.,

Don't forget to sit around and play games on your x-box or nintendo after eating all that too.

Now I am hungry.

I'm half way through now. Any time I add to my life will be during the boring, when I'm old and pooping myself years. Who wants more time then? I want like 5 more years when I was 20.

Default Coke with Sugar

When you are in Costco look for a case of Coke in glass bottles. If it says it is from Mexico it has sugar not HFCS. Tastes much better.

Yeppers on the Mexican Coke. All Mexican soft drinks (and many other products) taste better because they use real sugar.

By 2050 I'm gonna be dirt nappin' anyway, so screw it -- I'm enjoying what the hell I want when I want it for my remaining years above ground.

Could that be because subsidized US grown sugar cost up to 4 times the world market price?;? As an aside, i find it VERy amusing with all of the hubbub about HFCS, trans-fats and such, that the nutritionists have had to VERY quietly admit that things like white sugar and non-hydrogenated fats like butter and natural leaf lard are actually better for you after years of pushing artificial sweeteners, margarine, vegetable shortening, etc. as "healthy" alternatives. LOL

Basically you are paying them to make you extremely unhealthy... I avoid it at all costs and if I do have it(once or twice a year),I feel like crap.

They put that high fructose crap in everything. It is difficult to find food w/o it. Havent been to MC D or Burger King in about 15yrs, Wendy's is the only fast food Ill eat occasionally.
If you want something to really get your panties in an uproar do a little research on "FLUORIDE"

Hehehe... Nope I'm well within my BMI. Heck I've already biked over 120 miles this week.

Ever notice the boat and fishing pictures people post? You would think boating made people fat.

I plan on living a good long while. Heck I'm gonna scoop up on some pretty rich widow who's husband worked his ass off had lots of insurance and loved McDonalds..... Bonus points for a big expensive paid for fishing boat.

4 kids here. We avoid it. Not that hard. I tell the kids NO. On a rare occasion we might have fast food (like once every six months). We have virtually 0 soda in the house. I did just by a six pack of bottled Cheerwine made with cane sugar for them though. We buy ketchup made without HFCS. Not hard to find in our very rural markets, you just have to read the label.

They make Heinz ketchup without HFCS in the US. It is called simply Heinz I believe and I have switched to it since I put it on just about everything. Oh yea, it tastes better too.

Yep, you just have to read the labels. You can even find soft drinks made without HFCS if you take a little time to read the labels.
