Default Disgusting!

Reading the local paper today I couldn't believe what I read. A US Post Office mail carrier....pretty much a trusted figure doing this:

is there a "slowly shake your head, with a pained expression" emoticon anywhere? it's about the only response that fits.

You're actually correct with your statement (not sure whether you meant it as a joke or fact).

It was coined after several USPS shootings by disgruntled employees.

And then you've this A-Hole........

An on-duty Framingham police detective accused of pulling over to relieve himself in a private yard, then drawing his gun on the home’s resident, has been indicted on criminal charges, the Middlesex District Attorney’s Office announced yesterday....

What a boner!

Actually, I never equated a postal service worker as a "trusted figure", actually quite the opposite in many cases.

Maybe he was just in the restroom and answered some calls but pressed the wrong button?

Just saying the phrase "Going postal" was grounds for suspension and termination when working for Ma Bell. It was bad times.
