Default Temp agency

Just been thinking about different ways to capitalize on the down economy. Any one here with experience running/owning a temp and or employment/staffing agency. Seems like low overhead and a good market for people wanting jobs and peoeple needing part time or temp employees? Thoughts? Pros cons? TIA.

The regulations vary from state to state and they can be quite expensive to set up and then meet the requirements of your clients. You can get involved in testing both physical and mental. Providing various insurance coverages, law enforcement records etc.

With the new health care law, I imagine workers are going to be shed right and left for temp help to avoid the new expenses. Probably a good thing for temp agencies however.
