Yes it is. I have been following this for awhile. Real repurcussions for litigation discovery etc.

More importantly, no more sitting your secratary on the machine at office Christmas party

Copiers have hard drives that record all the documents you copy, and with a free program you can extract all the documents off the hard drive if your about 12 years old...

Xerox docucenters are ok though. The hard drives are encrypted and the contents overwritten after the job is done. Also all copiers do not have hard drives. Mostly the bigger multifunction (scan, email, fax) office machines. No I don't work for Xerox. I do have a lot of them deployed statewide and looked into this a while back.
