Default Anybody ever have Iritis?

I do and it SUCKS! Thought it was pink eye at first, went to the doctor and he gave some drops but it got worse. MUCH worse to the point of when I would go outside or look at a light, it felt like being punched in the eye, HARD. Went to opthamologist who said if I had waited another day I would probably be blind in my left eye.
I wouldn't wish this on anyone.

Don't you get that from looking through key holes?

You really needed to talk with Snapper Head over this Iritis thing, he's gotten it several times from going to the Midget Porn Site......is that where you got your's? ...!

Either way bud, I'm glad to hear you feel back to normal and don't have a problem looking out your peepers.

I had it about 30 years ago, same thing diagnosed as pink eye and only got worse finally went to opthamologist and it was iritis. Treatment must be better now I had 5 shots thru my eyelids into my eye where they laced my eye with antibiotics, everything worked out OK no loss of vision only some scaring on my pupil so if you look real close its not completely round anymore. Good luck with it you should be fine.

After the fact to tell you the truth the shots weren't that bad but I will never forget when the doctor had that needle and I asked him what is that for, his response was whats wrong with you and of course I say my eye he goes thats what its for. Now I'm shaking like a leaf on a tree and as he gets ready to inject of course the big wus I am I close my eyes and he tells me my eye must be open so he can see where he's placing the needle talk about sh#**#** yourself, well some things you never forget iritis is nothing to play with after that I only go to an opthamologist for my eyes.

I had it a few years ago. It took some time and treatment with drops to get rid of it. As posted, it can get serious if not promptly treated.

Any one with any kind of eye/vision problems other than new glasses needs to go quickly to an opthomologist--skip the GP and optometrist
