Why don't we all just chop our legs off.
Will that thing work for all the 400 pounders that really don't need to walk?
Does it come with those special attachments that,,,,,,,,awwwwww never mind.
Brings new meaning to one wheeling.
Nw if Honda could learn from ASIMO how to balance the world budget.

The device itself, while very neat, is only a novelty, much like the Segway. However, the technology is sure to go places far beyond.

Does that thing consume any power? Battery, magnetic, etc.???

Very cool. Two things come to mind.

1) How will it work with our "weight" demographic?
2) If Japan lost the war -- I'd love to see how the winners did. Oh wait. Never m i n d .

Japanese engineering, German engineering...guess all the human experiments from WWII paid off...

Japanese electronics and automobiles have us beat...
German engineering and design is revered by most...

But, hey, WE won...? I dunno.
