Default OK, OK!... What is your pick for the 2011......

.....Super Bowl, Half Time entertainment?
Since some here think they could pick a better band or entertainment, who would you pick?

The first one to say, Lady Ga Ga will lose their membership to THT!

I would like them to use someone who can sing and I can understand when the words come out of their mouths. It was really scary last night worrying about a "wardrobe malfunction" when Townsend was playing with that guitar. Much as it will be panned here, I believe a good country act would be more entertaining and understandable. Garth, Shania, Tug McGraw and Faith Hill, etc. Notice I didn't say Lady GaGa.

Seriously, I would nominate the Foo Fighters. Probably the best American rock in the recent years.

They are a hell of a live show. Google Foo Fighters Wembley if you want to see an example.

The Allman Brithers, Pink Floyd, Santana, The Eagles ( no not Donovan and friends), Fleetwood Mack, or Elton John and 50 cents (hehe).

CCR (Creedence Clearwater Revisted) ...f_ _k Forgerty, the band Definitely doesn't need him! CCR still knows how to Really throw it down!!!! And their voices are still well into the game.

I think that each year the superbowl halftime show keeps getting older. Maybe next year they'll have Crosby, Stills, and Nash.

I would vote Country Gentlemen or Ralph Stanley, no doubt in the minority but that is real music to me.

The best halftime show I remember was when In Living Color did the halftime show and had the time clock to show everybody when to switch back to the game.

I have a feeling that the NFL would ban them from doing their biggest hit.
