Default The Who

Hope that's the last of The Who. If they are still alive.

My son said the drummer is Keith Moons son?
Any truth to that?

I have a hard time seeing them as the Who with just two living members on board, Would you call it the Beatles if McCartney and Ringo were playing together???

Well..Keith Moon OD'd back in the late 70's..so they were never really "The Who" since then. They disbanded in '83 but got back together for Live Aid and a few other gigs..but John Entwhistle died in '02.

I thought they rocked -- a refreshing change from the lip-synching garbage of the Jessica Simpsons of the world.

I get your point but The lead singer and guitar player/song writer (Daultry/Townsand) are the ones fronting the band with the Who. If Lennon and McCartney were going on tour it would be a bit more like it as they were certainly the front men.

I would be happy not seeing the Who play live again.

c'mon, this is not the 60's and 70's.
Travel the roads they have traveled and see how you would sound.
You would be lucky to be alive.

Personally I liked them, brings back memories of my YOUNGER DAYS

Not too bad, beat the hell out of Janet Jackson

However I have never figured out why we use European bands for the biggest sporting event in the USA

If they really want to impresss me bring back the original G&R

Well we sure could tell they were not lip syncing it. If the Stones were a 7 the Who was a 3.... Sorry boys the voices just wont hold up after all those years. Sure love the RECORDED music though, both bands. Long live rock n roll
