Roger Daltry and Peter Townsend..still rockin after all these years...their record sales have topped over 100 million albums...27 songs in the top 40. Whew...they started a little slow, but closed strong!! What, no guitar bashing....

You must be a diehard Who fan. These guys are driving down US 1 at 30 miles and hour, in the left lane with their turn signal on for cripes sake!

How would you have liked to be the electrical engineer to be responsible for that show?
Talk about pressure.

For as long as those guys have been playin together, I thought it was pretty good...considering

OMG, they were all probably wearing Depend's adult diapers! My 18 year old daughter asked me who the hell is the Who? I told her they should be called the "What", as in what the hell are they.

I can't remember the last good Superbowl half time show.

My 7yo said "Dad, there is a 70 year old man playing guitar, don't teenagers usually do that"?

Sorry. best one ever was U2 - the 9/11 Show. The list of dead scrolling, Bono opening his jacket to show the stars and bars.
Just freakin' awesome!

I can't possibly imagine who (no pun intended) could possibly have heard that performance and decided that would be a sure thing for a super bowl halftime.

I'm 47, so I am totally familiar with these guys, but holy moses, that was ear drum popping awful.

If I had one of those guys' wives knitting needles, I would have stabbed myself in the eye after one song.

GREAT band - in their time! But, like others have said, a 40+ year career (with all that goes with it) will take it's toll on ANY band (or singer!)!

Listened to the Stones lately - or in the past 10-15 years?

It is what it is.

And yes, the volume was WAYYYYYYYYYYYYYY to LOW for the kind of music they play!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

And it would have been VERY nice to see them DESTROY the equipment at the end!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Regards,
