Default "Project Healing Waters" for our Veterans

This is one of the most worthy charity's for our disabled veterans. Check out this link. I'm very connected with Rapid River and Forest Lodge. It's my favorite place to be. I've been fishing this river since 1976 and continue to bring my boys up there several times a year. So for a severely disabled vet to get a chance to fish this river, is truly a gift. Make sure to read the cover story.

Ya I saw this on the fishing show "Saltwater Adventures" or something with the guys from Hawks Cay in the Keys. I immediately looked it up and will definitely be something I contribute to this year. Thanks to that show, and you, for pointing out this worthY cause, I appreciate it.

The men and women that visit Rapid River, Maine through PHW are roughing it. No electricity, outhouses, etc. Some of these warriors are blind, double amputees, but with there determination and the help of the tireless volunteers they're able to feel whole. I know what a weekend in the woods of Maine does for me and my family I can only imagine what it does for these folks.
