I own a single family villa (condo like) in Islamorada. I rent mine weekly and monthly. I know some associations allow weekly rentals, some allow monthly or seasonal and some don't allow it all. Make sure you know what the association allows and it fits with how you want to rent it. You do have to have a rental license if you rent daily/weekly and I believe it cost about $1,000.

Rentals have been slower than in the past and rental rates are down too.

Send me a PM with your e-mail address and I'll send you allof the particulars with my association.

I am heading down next week and hope to get offshore for afew days.
