Default Mobile Home value?

My wife and I recently bought 5 acres of land that has a mobile home on it. The mobile home was not part of the purchase price so it was not appraised for the closing. We would like to sell it but don't know what to sell it for. We aren't looking to make a ton of money but don't want to give it away either. NADA will sell you an appraisal for $20 but it requires a ton of info most of which we don't know. Are there any other websites that provide this info?

Mobile home Info:
Manufacturer - Fleetwood
Model - Oakwood
Dims - 16' x 76' (singlewide)
2 Bedroom
2 Bath
In pretty good condition.

Anybody know what it should sell for?
Thanks for any help!

The age of the trailer has a lot to do with the market price, when was it manufactured?

Call your banker. He will give you the book price. Then cut that in half.

In this market? It's good to buy land with a structure, though. That way alot of things are grandfathered in when you decide to build...

I know of people who have purchased property with a mobile home on it and in many cases the cost to move it is more than the value of the home. Mobile homes depreciate like cars.

You might think about donating it to a group and try to get a tax writeoff instead of trying to sell it. Might be easier in the long run.

Not to mention the fact that these "parks" charge 3 or 4 hundred just for lot rent. We cut the one on my property, burned what we could, recycled what we could, and threw the rest in a dumpser I rented.

in some states they are titled and tagged , like cars. first, make sure it is yours to sell.
