If you recieve a package that you did not order, are you obligated to send it back?

Did you get SIM's midget porn videos ? Just send them to him

I would contact the vendor & offer to send it back at their expense (UPS call ticket)

how was it sent? USPS? If it was delivered by the post office it may be considered an un solicited gift. You may not have to return it.

BTW, are they asking you to return the item? If so, demand that they cover the return postage, if you decide to return it.

NOTE, I am not an attorney, nor do I play one on TV. My opinion is worth what you paid for it.

Oh, I am going to send it back, but I thought it would be an interesting topic and after searching several statutes; there is a wide range of rulings and laws on the subject.

What can I say, I am sitting here waiting for my fuel delivery and bored.

I spoke to our lawyer and he said to let them make the first contact.

I like that line above.

By the sounds of it, you've opened said package?

The greater the value of said package the greater the degree in the moral decision wagered, which in turn would mean the greater desire there would be to keep it, if said item has any value to you.

If the said package was sent person to person your moral decision would be higher than if the said package was sent company to person IMHO. If the said package is labeled as a free gift in the disclosed then the moral decision would be much less. But if the said package is addressed to a particular individual (first and last name in the disclosed) the moral decision is now into a legal issue IMHO, but if the disclosed is only addressing an individual by a first name the moral decision would be less.

I guess this all boils down to the ying and the yang of things in your life. Has the Mary angle tapped her magic wand on you and your life or is it Lucifer trying to buy your soul? How much are you willing to wager on this bet? .......you know, you could always hold it for ransom - no I mean a reward hey who said that?

Don't yah just hate when the little devil guy stands on your one shoulder and talks into your ear while on your other shoulder you've got the little angle talking as well.
