It could be big but anything can happen.

I trust no one as appeal is right around the bend. It's a shame we need to put up this crap 24/7/365. Not too sure any of the other rights get this much air time. Now if we could get these courts to start locking up the bad guys...

California is in a sad state if it needs 10 years of court battles to decide if the Bill of Rights applies everywhere.

Look at Ruger, particularly http://www.ruger-firearms.com/Firear...ingle%20Action

if you want a single action, the New Vaquero is very cool (looks exactly like an SAA Colt, or the old standby is the Blackhawk.

In double action, the redhawk.

Umm, no. The last big gun owner fiasco was the 9th Circuit embedding their decision that gun rights are "collective" into a case that had nothing to do with gun ownership rights!!! The reason why they did it was because the 5th Circuit in Texas ruled the gun rights were "individual". By ruling contrary to the 5th Circuit, the 9th Circuit guaranteed the Supreme Court would have to hear a case regarding the right to own guns -- is it collective or individual? Well, we now know, the SC recently decided it was indeed an "individual" right, overturning the 9th Circuit Court ... yet, again.

I am very suspeciuos of this recent 9th Circuit ruling.
