Default Stock Building Supply Closing?

Does anyone have any information regarding the possible sale or closing of Stock? Other sites are full of I told you so's with no hard facts. Considering their involvement in both residential and commercial building; their closing will affect many if they can't find a buyer and have to close their doors.

Copied and pasted from somebody that works there:

Wolseley is trying to enter a joint venture so they can retain partial ownership, but not 100%.

I know around here in WNC they are the WORST people to deal with , you can call an order and it "might show up " in a week and I hear they are in bad shape here, but I will not miss them a bit.

They closed the yard near me in MD about 4-5 months ago. I talked to one of the employees and he said they also shut two more yards in PA.

For what it's worth, no one, except for maybe Johnson, has done well at that location in Edgewater.

Wolseley is seeking a buyer for Stock Building Supply. If one is not found by august, stock will be closings its doors.
I work for ferguson in baltimore, right next to a giant stock building supply, and while we have a fleet of 15+ trucks on the day, I SELDOM see a stock truck on the road, maybe 1 going out of the entrance per MONTH, or people driving to their counter.
They are hurting, but even worse, is they are costing wolseley millions and millions a month
