This could spin into a whole new fact-finder's thread about how money is being just wasted.

With your permission, my little town of 5,000 (On a good, busy day) has planted 3,000 pine trees to replace a couple dozen that were lost to several hurricanes.

Of the thousands that were planted, less than 2% survive. Why? because the City won't spend the couple of hundred dollars to hook up water service to the island. The City Engineering Dept Office Manager is clueless; she allows the City forester (yep, we need a City Forester in a city that has NO forests....) to continue to plant seedlings in March instead of November.

Wasting tax paying dollars is rampant. That's my beef.

I'm less concerned about the relocation policy, what kind of salaries is the post office paying these days for the guy to have a $1.2m house? Don't forget the lifetime pension and health benefits on top of that salary.
