Default Sucks Getting Old

So my pants feel a little snug lately, so this morning I get up and get on the scale, thinking I'll start a little workout program or loose a little weight. I climb on the scale and low and behold, I can't read the numbers!Fat and Blind, you could've knocked me over with a feather

I have the same problem, so I decided to get a scale that talks, giving you your weight verbally.

Got on it this morning, and heard "One person at a time, please."

Throw your vanity aside and get a WII, with a WII Fit to go with it. It is actually fun, even for us more experienced (older) folks, which means you are more likely to stay with it. I think I am going to have to refinish the floor in front of my TV from me and the wife bowling, playing tennis, skiing, etc. I am waiting for the exercise that lets you practice fighting a 100 lb yellowfin.

You mean you did not know that clothes shrink when hung in closet for a month or more, dam, I always have to buy new cloths every spring and fall because of that.

Ya got that right. Too many of my friends never got the chance to find out what it was like to be old.

On the plus side, next month I receive my first SS payment. This old fart, my pension, investments and monthly bills will appreciate the assistance.

what I'd really like to know is how we catch people...
I remember uncles and cousins that were married when I was riding my tricycle and now it's only a couple years different in our ages... I guess I'll pass them soon

When I was 19 I was trying to catch a 29 year old hottie. Now I'm 48 and she's 58. I'm kind of glad I didn't catch her.

For christmas my wife asked me for something that got here from 1 to 200 in 5 seconds. I bought here a scale.

It still hurts.

I really miss those times when we could lose 10 pounds in a week. Now the only time I lose that much is when we forget the dog after a day at the beach.

The other morning when I got out of bed... Nothing hurt. No aches or pains or twinges. Nothing snapped, creaked or popped.

I thought I was dead!

Well, my friends are gone
and my hair is gray.
I ache in the places
where I used to play......

I guess getting old is way better than the alternative! better to be over the hill than under it!
