Default INTERNET BRANDS

Internet Brands or reps there of:

Why is it taking so long to get a response back in regards to my lost password?
When I click on "Forgot Your Password?" your response tells me,
Instructions for resetting the password have been mailed to the account's e-mail address.
With having submitted numerous requests for a password or my password and not receiving any form of notice I can only conclude your above statement is a bold faced lie.

What do I have to do to get my password sorted out? Or is this your way of saying I am (Garett) not welcome here any longer.
Be a professional and fix this minor problem or be a man and tell me to take a hike or be a jackass and let your lack of action speak for it's self. What is your choice?

Guess it can't hurt to try calling Internet Brands at their toll free number 800-692-2200

http://www.internetbrands.com/ib/contact

Since you are a CC member, I guess you are a "customer". Maybe call and ask to speak to Lisa Morita. If she is not the right person she can prob get you to the right person to help you.

Lisa Morita / Chief Operating Officer : Lisa Morita oversees the company's day-to-day operations including sales, customer service, pricing, and product and business strategy for the Automotive and Home Divisions.

I just tried the FORGOT PASSWORD thing and it emailed the request immediatelyt. Did you try again?

Well one thing I know is, it doesn't work for me. "Possibly" the problem or my problem steams from this..........one hand says this >

Instructions for resetting the password have been mailed to the [red]account's e-mail address[/red].
and the other hand asks for an e-mail address along with the user name when requesting information in regards to a "Forgot Your Password". The request of an e-mail address does not indicate that the e-mail address being forwarded to be the same as the one that would be attached to my account.....I can see the implications.

I know that when I registered back in the beginning of 03 I had a different e-mail address then I do now.........since recently moving I had to pickup a different provider.......I guess I need my account updated so it reflects my current standings.
