Crap Cleaner is really good stuff, cleans a lot of things off your computer. But unless you specify certain cookies not to be 'cleaned' (deleted) you will need to re-enter your passwords at whatever websites you visit.

For reg cleaner I use the free Tweak Now Reg Cleaner. I have no way of knowing if it is better or worse than any of the others. I like it because it has idiot mode, e.g. I change nothing, click 'go' and it does a 'safe' cleaning of the registries. From there it can get as complicated as you want to make it, but I suggest you get in good with the computer gods before you do.
