You cant just send it US Mail? I sent a package to Norway a few months ago with no problems. You have to go to the post office though.

I forget the exact name but you can get "postage return" stamps. You may have to send a piece to get a "return." I forget how it works but the Post Office should be able to advise you.

Good luck

You should be able to purchase an INTERNATIONAL REPLY COUPON at your local Post Office. The IRC is good for postage between countries.

I have to send a envelope with the stamps so they can send the tickets. They say I can use these Coupon-Response International , but I cant find them. I am looking at e-postage. The post office is clueless.

Try contacting the American Philatelic Society http://www.stamps.org/index.htm

They have a stamp store but you have to be a member to buy or sell.

or, try the Royal Mail website. It looks like you can print postage:

I ordered two response envelopes through the post office. They said the last one they sold was 5 years ago.

They have a thing called The Ceremony of the Keys at the Tower of London. It is by invitation only and the tickets are free. for our third trip, we are going to do things off the beatin path. We are taken Tamm's son and daughter and her new husband in July for 2 weeks.

That is the International Reply Coupon (it's the French translation) and any larger P.O. should carry them. Ask for them by their name in English. You put it in your request along with an unstamped self-addressed envelope (don't forget the "U.S.A." on the bottom).

I went to the Ceremony of the Keys about 11 year ago, but damned if I remember anything about it. ;?
