Default New Toy Kimber Crimson

Ordered this a few weeks ago and just got it a few days ago. It comes packaged with the Crimson Trace (laser) sights. Haven't shot it yet but looking down the sights, the red dot seems to be dead on. Will have to put it on some sand bags and make sure. It's the 4" barrel. Never had a Kimber. Looking forward to shooting it.

Beautiful piece of work (Captain Buzzkill notwithstanding). Can the C/T be activated from either side? I shoot left=strong side. Again, purty purty.

Thanks. I think the good captain was just trying to explain to those who couldn't figure it out.

If you look where the black part of the grip wraps around the front you will see a little square. That is the activation button. It's very natural for either hand. In addition, there is an on/off switch so you can turn it off for storage purposes or when you don't want to use the laser. I'm probably going to fire a few in the back yard this afternoon just to see how it does and see if it's sighted in. I imagine Kimber probably set pretty good it at the factory but just want to make sure. Only problem with shootin em is ya gotta clean em and I'm feeling lazy today.

Kimber one of the best hand guns made and the price shows it. Great gun. I just bought a 21sf glock with all the goodies great laser and tack lite happy shooting. Btw Dicks sporting goods has a great sale on ammo this week can't beat the price any where

I have a Kimber that has been converted to a pin shooting gun. C-more sight, compensated, trigger job, grips, etc. Probably my favorite handgun I own. Enjoy that Kimber!

Sweeet! Kimbers are one of the best. I've always liked their compact models, reliable, high capacity and lots of power.

Let us know what kind of group you get.

It will probably not be as good as the guns itself is capable of.

Even though it wasn't cheap if you add the cost of a similiar Kimber with aftermarket CT grips, I thougt is was very reasonable. Apparently Kimber struck a pretty good deal with Crimson Trace.
