I hold an interest in a company which is regarded as the best Bakken driller in the biz. It is a technical play, and
expensive to drill, with complicated fracing, but S.E. Sask and NE ND are in a mini boom. Scope of the play still being deliniated. Still, right now , I would rather drill than explore. And boats burn it as fast as they can pump it.

It is not a refining problem, it is a crude oil supply control problem. If refining was the bottleneck, crude oil prices would collapse, because there would be no place to sell it to.
