Default Good (1080p) LCD deal with Blue Ray DVD player

I've been searching for a good deal on a 40-45" LCD or Plasma and found a great deal on a 42" 1080P Sharp Aquos LCD and it includes a Blue Ray DVD player. Total price is $1399 at Dell with free shipping.

Lowest price I can find on the TV is $1399...

Firefly, sounds like a pretty good deal. The Sharp Aquos seem to have a very nice picture and aren't too expensive. If you never been before, check out cnet.com has tons of reviews and user opinions on a wide range of electronics. Good Luck with your purchase!

The Admiral and I treated ourselves to a new 42" LCD last month. After looking a several brands at several locations, we saw a JVC at Sam's Club that we had not seen before. The brightness and clarity impressed us. We've been very happy with it and it's features. We felt that the price was quite reasonable at $1193 if my memory serves me right. The control also functions for the dvd player and stereo. It's worth a look.

Circuit City has a similar deal, and you don't have to wait for shipping. We've been stalking a 46" aquos ourselves.

Thanks for the info!

I noticed that late last night. It's only $100 more at CC and may be a better deal considering what you'd have to go through to return it to Dell if something was wrong with the TV.

Show them the price at Dell sometimes they price match. Best Buy matched a price for my receiver. Worth a shot.
