Although I do agree with some of what your saying I do not believe all men have the build or stature to physically beat the crap out of everyone that steals.
I have a couple good friends that are small in build but big in brains, if either one of them tried to do twhat Mr Mike did I would probably laugh my ass off and call them dumb asses, if they did not get themselves hurt or killed in the process.
You make a good point. This last guy was somewhere around 6' 220lbs. If I was smaller or a little older, I'm 37 now, or had kids to worry about, I might react a little differently. But even if I make 90, I doubt I could turn my back on the purse snatcher. Id at least try to hit him with my walker or throw my false teeth at him, something.

Another thread for me to update today. After my incident, this clown picked up additional theft charges for other incidents. The state pressed charges and subpoenaed me as a witness. I went to court 5 different times, it never went before the judge for different reasons. He failed to appear the last 2 times and I hadn't heard anything until this morning. While sitting in my office working I heard his name mentioned on the radio, he's wanted for an arson involving someones home. Nice guy huh?

Well, no. But I was the one who reported the incident to protect myself. And it's not the states fault this guy managed to avoid going in front of the judge 3 times and then didn't show up twice. Atleast he'll be off the street after he gets caught.
