Default Scuba diving forums

Could anyone please point me to the THT-equivalent SCUBA diving forum. I'm thinking of getting certified and getting the equipment.

By the way, what equipment is considered the best?

Try scubaboard dot com. Tons of information for the beginner to the professional. When it comes to gear, there are a lot of good manufacturers out there. I suggest working with a dive shop you trust, and work off their recommendations. Key is finding a good one. Do your due diligence, decide what kind of diving you want to do now and in the future, then jump in with both feet. Check out the equipment section of that board. Lots of good advice.
