Default Waterproof Camera Case?

I was wondering if anyone had any experience with an case like the one below? Im looking for a case that will allow me to take my camera underwater. I think the one below is what i want but what concerns me is the decription. It says the glass is good to just over 9' but then it says the buttons are only water resistant? If they are only water resistant, then it makes me think it is not truely waterproof? Im I correct or just reading too much into it?

Water resistant is the term here.

For water"proof", you need one of these.

I wanted the clear case so I could see if water was getting in there. I believe the one you're looking at will go down to 10 feet, but I'll bet they suggest immediately removing it from the housing afterwards. I considered that one more of a "watersports" above surface camera.

C-Necker.....you wouldnt consider buying a camera made for this stuff would you? Its a lot more money, but take look at the Olympus Stylus 770SW. I used to use normal digital cameras and put them in housings ( Sony's) but this is a lot better. And it fits in your pocket.
