Default Well He's Deployed Tomorrow

1st Lt John, my son in law will be deployed tomorrow from Moody AFB, Valdosta, Ga. to Camp LeMonier, Djibouti. John will be deployed for an expected duration of 90 to 120 days.

I haven't said much about John on this forum but I would like to say officially that I am proud of him and proud of the job he does. John flies as a navigator on HC-130P/N. I won't go into detail what exactly John does, mostly because I don't understand it myself. But you can go to the USAF website and find out about the mission of the HC-130P/N.

I see he is an officer. Were his parents not married?

Tell him there are a lot of people here that are proud of him!

Yes! John has a last name. But I thought it better to not mention it, however I did post his picture so I guess it's no mystery.

Some months back there was a Lt Col. thatsaid he wasstationed at Moody AFBposting on the website. I didn't want any type of falling out I have hereto casta shadow on John. So previous to this I have refrained from saying to much about John.

But shucks! I am proud of that young man.

Thanks to him and all the others in uniform. Every time I see one of 'em I feel awkward because I want to thank them and shake their hand, but it seems kinda wierd. So, I will resort to doing it when the opportunity arises ... like now.

Well, last night when we called to tell him be safe and becareful, he said take off was scheduled for 0800. With scheduled stops in Va, then on to Lajes, Azores and Spain.

So I guess he's on that big iron bird.

Godspeed, John Graham Jr!

Your family misses you already.
