Default Bitter Sweet Day

Sweet = Closed on our new home in Cape St. Claire Annapolis today
Bitter = Still havent sold our old home

I have been a two boat owner before for a short while but never with homes Somebody help a brother out

i got caught in the same situation and decided to rent it out until the market improves. I thought the Annapolis area market was still decent though. Best of Luck with the sale!!

Average home in Annapolis is on the market 133 days right now. Pretty slow here too. I only stepped up to the plate due to the deal on the home we are buying and having to go non contingent to fend off another contract the seller received. Besides being generally a very financially conservative guy, our savings has enabled us to make the move and be comfortable with it for a while until we can get the home sold. With that said, I am willing to talk turkey on our current home because I hate just watching most the payments just going towards interest, electric bills, taxes and other stuff I will never see again....

Afish, I hope to be up in two or three weeks. My dad killed the schoolie bluefin the other week. I think he had 13 30-50lbers on the cigar south of the 28 mile wreck. I need to get out on his Judge.
