Default recommend a good boating read for midwinter

I know that most here are enjoying the summer boating season but some of us are in the midst of winter and are in need of a lift. I would like recomendations for good boating related reading, prefer fiction but dont mind a good true sea story

try "Don Aronow: The King of Thunderboat Row" or "The Legend of Bertram" Boat great books- should be available on amazon.com-- although out of print. The best part is they have pictures and tell stories

Try anything by Paul Garrison. Good fiction, all at sea.

The Cruel Sea by Nicholas Monserrat - a true naval classic.

The Romanov Prophecy - Steve Berry.

If you want a good historical novel try one of Rutherford's novels: Sarum, Russka, London, Rebels of Ireland.

Rounding The Horn--Dallas Murphy
Will make your winter seem warm. Maybe the best sea book I have read.
