Default Kyle Petty and broadcasting. WTF

Here's a guy on Mr. Microphone talking about the other drivers doing things wrong on the track in NH.

Just what the hell is his track record and who gave him the right?

How many wins can he check off for himself? Better yet top 10's?

I should shut the sound off.

Kyle is lucky if he makes it into the top 20...I like him but he has always ridden on daddy's name...IMO.

Looks like I performed a root canal.

Your right. He is a racer am I'm not. I never claimed to be one. I just watch the races when I have time.

I still have one up on him.....

He's still a loser.

Put that in your pipe and smoke it.

Even his father made the comment that the racing gene has skipped a generation (this was before Adam was killed). Said he was a great PR guy.

I can't believe that people still get passionate about "Racing" it's more like Pro Wrestling now than stock car racing.

While I admit its not what it used to be....Personally Its a little too clean these days..too many rules...Miss the days of a rookie Earnhardt, Waltrip, Yarborough, Allison, and Petty and a few others. But I still enjoy it and I fail to see any similarities to Professional wrestling. Not sure where thats coming from...

I miss the old days too, that reference was mostly toward the pre race shows and the awards banquet, I do still enjoy watching at the short tracks where anything can happen and there is nothing Nascar can do about it.

Use to love to go up to Martinsville when I lived in NC..... as for Kyle Petty being a loser well still just your opinion and those are like arse holes... He has won a few races in his day, and quite frankly the work he does at Victory Junction trumps all of that and more. Too many rules in NASCAR for sure.....

He might run in back but he ain't out there wrecking everyone else either.

I did not see all of the race. I thought he did a good job on the announcing. When he described what the cars were doing I could see it as he explained what was going on.

I also did not notice him constantly reminding everyone that he his a race car driver like Dally Hit-the-wall-in-back does.

He is testing the waters. He is a better fundraiser than a driver.

I think a lot of the "drive" went out of him when his son was killed. He blew off the cup races for a while to keep his son's Busch program alive. His passion since then has been Victory Junction.(not a bad legacy). I enjoy his work behind the mike. He brings a bit of the history into the booth that most of the rest lack.
I'm just dreading the coverage when it switches over to Rusty and the boys. They really suck

Kyle is a washed up wanna-be. He used to smoke dope and do coke back at Randleman High. Was a pretty good athelete however. Richard and Adam are or were the drivers.
