Default Automatic Dog Feeders

Is anyone using one?
How well do they work, are they reliable?
Are they worth the money, could you leave your dog for a week?
What brand do you recommend or are you using?

Garett,

I have used feeders for years and years with my hunting dogs. You can buy them at various feed and seed stores like Southern States. I would caution putting much more than a weeks supply in them. All the feeders I have used through the years have had a tendency to leak if a hard rain fell.

I have also used one but the bugs get in there and rain water can sour the food.

The Vet's also tell me they are not good for the dogs since some will overeat
