Default Motion Sensor Lights

I just tried to post this...................

I hit "Submit".....

After (2) minutes the screen said "Page Not Available" and now it's lost.....

That's the (3)rd time this happened today.......

What Gives????

I have motion sensor lights with no photo-cell made by 'Regent' that are hooked up to a switch. I have the 'Sensitivity' set to the most sensative setting and the 'Time" set to (12) minutes.......

When I turn the switch on, the lights go on, but for only about (2) minutes, not (12).

There's a 'Motion Over-Ride' feature on the unit. You're supposed to turn the switch on and off (3) times and leave in the ON position. When I do this, the lights blink on and off in (1) second intervals.

At first, I thought it was a bad unit, but I installed (3) separate fixtures and all (3) have the same problem.

Anybody else have this kind of motion sensor problem?

Am I doing something wrong?

Any suggestions?

You may have gotten a run of bad units. I would double-check to make sure you have them wired correctly and check your circuit and verify you don't have a voltage problem. These things are notoriously troublesome.....
I have had good luck with RAB floodlights, here is a link:

Do you have more than 1 fixture per switch? If so, you will get lots of 'funny' problems like that. I have 2 per switch and they work OK except for the occasional turn on at dawn. Good luck, Frank
